- 700 gram Minced meat (I have pork+beef+chicken)
- 1 tablespoon Semolina
- 3 pieces Tomato
- 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- 2 pieces Celery root
- Vegetable oil
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 1 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Onion
- Spices (Basil, coriander, dried oregano)
- 250 gram Noodles (from durum wheat)
- Salt (to taste)
- Red hot peppper (to taste)

- Put the noodles to cook. Squeeze garlic into the minced meat, add spices, salt and pepper. Pour boiling water over one tomato and remove the skin. Cut into small cubes and add to the minced meat. Grate the onion on a coarse grater, add semolina, chop parsley. Add 100-150 ml of water and knead the minced meat.
