A recipe for those days when there is no time to cook dinner, there are very few products available. For me personally, this is an occasion to cook pasta or pasta, call it what you want. Pasta is an independent dish, but nothing is required for cheese, with different sauces or cooked in different sauces.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion and garlic, add tomatoes and capers. Cook for 3 minutes.

  3. Add mussels with juice. For 1-2 minutes, let the mussels make friends with the vegetables and pour over the pasta.

  4. Leave the pasta to absorb the juice and simmer until tender, at the end of cooking, sprinkle with parsley. Serve the spaghetti hot, sprinkled with cheese, preferably parmesan, or you can use a mixture of cheeses.
