  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. First, twist the vegetables: pepper, garlic, hot pepper, in a meat grinder. Cut the greens.
  3. Peel tomatoes: Keep in boiling water, then put in cold water and the skin is removed very well.
  4. Now we put layers in the jar: First the greens, then a few spoonfuls of vegetable mixture, then the tomatoes (cut them in half), again the greens, vegetables, tomatoes, and so on to the end of the jar, finish all the greens and a mixture of vegetables.
  5. Make the dressing: Mix the sugar, salt, vinegar-mix vigorously with a whisk so that the sugar and salt are better dissolved, add the oil and pour the dressing into the tomatoes.
  6. Close the jar with a very tight lid, turn it over and put it in the refrigerator in this form, so that they can already be eaten in 8 hours. After that, it can be stored in the usual position.
