- 500 gram Pork
- 400 gram Champignons
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Ginger
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic
- 1 clove Garlic
- Allspice to taste

- Make a marinade for meat: mix soy sauce and balsamic vinegar in a marinating dish. Add liquid honey, ginger (you can grate fresh 2 cm), spices and garlic passed through the press. Cut the meat into small cubes and put it in the marinade, mixing the meat thoroughly. Leave to marinate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. Fry the meat quickly in a well-heated frying pan in a small amount of vegetable oil, just 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the pepper into strips, the onion into rings and add to the meat. Fry all together, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes. Turn down the heat.
