- 300 gram Minced meat

- 1 piece Carrot
- 2 tablespoons Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 0,5 teaspoon Curry
- 70 gram Hard cheese
- 1 clove Garlic
- Seasoning to taste

- Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Drain the water, add the curry to the potatoes and mash the potatoes with a masher. Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil over high heat, stirring constantly and breaking the minced meat into small pieces with a fork. When almost all the liquid has evaporated, add the ketchup, stir and fry for another minute.
- Spread the remaining potatoes on the minced meat. Leveling up. Grease the potato layer with mayonnaise/sour cream using a silicone brush. Send the casserole to the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 gr. then take out the form and put the cheese grated on a large grater on top, and send the casserole back to the oven for 5-10 minutes, until the cheese gets a Golden color and a delicious crust.
