Ingredients
- 2 pieces Potatoes
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 250 ml Kefir
- 200 gram Flour
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in a uniform. Cool, peel and turn into a homogeneous mass with a fork.
- Prepare the waffle dough. Whisk yogurt and eggs with a whisk, add salt, pepper, paprika.
- Add flour, baking powder, chopped potatoes to the kefir-egg mass and knead the dough (slightly thicker than for pancakes).
- Preheat the oven to 180%. Grease the mold with vegetable oil and lay out the dough. Put the waffles to bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on the oven.
- Remove the finished waffles from the oven, transfer to a plate and serve. Potato waffles can be served as an independent dish, or with different fillings (cottage cheese, red fish, bacon, ham, caviar, cod liver), turn on your imagination and create culinary goodies.
