- 500 gram Potatoes
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 200 gram Sour cream
- 150 gram Cheese hard
- 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. I use purple potatoes.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Add salt, sour cream and 2/3 cheese.
- Mix well.
- Put it in a heat-resistant mold.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
- Then take out the dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
