- 300 gram Celery root
- 2 pieces Orange
- 4 slices Pineapple (fresh)
- 250 ml Water
- 3 tablespoons Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Sour cream (or yogurt)
- 0.5 teaspoons Ginger (ground)
- Allspice
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Sugar (to taste)

- Boil the water. While the water boils, grate the celery root on a Korean grater. When the water boils, add vinegar and celery. Turn off the stove, but do not remove the pan from the stove and let it brew a little (about 10 minutes). Celery is not boiled, but steamed! It should remain almost raw, crispy!
