Salad "Venetian" Recipe
I tried this salad in one of the cafes. Unrealistically delicious! Especially for seafood lovers. Simple, rich, I cook on holidays.

  1. Fillet of fish cut into cubes about 1, 5x1, 5 cm.With pineapples (canned pieces), drain the water, add the desired amount to the fish.Oranges are peeled, cut out only the flesh without partitions. Also cut into cubes 1x1 cm (approximately), add to the fish with pineapples.Boil the prawns, peel them from the shell, and add them to the rest of the ingredients.Preparing the sauce: pour soy sauce into the mayonnaise, add garlic, grated on a small grater or passed through a press. Carefully mix the sauce. Add the sauce to the salad, mix a little. No additional seasoning is necessary, and no salt is necessary. Decorate with green leaves (pekinka or arugula).
