- Peel the radish and apple and grate on a Korean carrot grater. If you want to remove the sharpness from the radish, then throw it into a colander and pour boiling water over it. Finely chop the onion, add spices and sour cream / mayonnaise. Cut the boiled eggs into small cubes. Mix the salad thoroughly.
