Clean the pomelo from the peel and films and disassemble it into small segments.
Finely chop the coriander.
Cut the salad into small pieces.
Prepare the dressing by mixing sesame and olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar and maple syrup.
Combine the lettuce, cherry, radish, pomelo and coriander, pour over the dressing, mix and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Pomelo can be replaced with orange.
The combination is not quite usual, of course, but I really liked this salad, both with pomelo and orange, each of the options is good in its own way.
