Clean the squid, preferably remove the thin film. Then you need to boil the squid until soft. To do this, boil water (there should be quite a lot of it so that the squid swim in it), slightly acidify with lemon juice or vinegar, put the squid out, let them boil again. Cook for 2 minutes, and then check every minute if they are ready. The fact is that squid come across different: some are ready in 2 minutes, and some are cooked 5-7. I remind you that if the moment is missed, then squid should be cooked for a long time, 40-60 minutes, until soft. They will definitely become soft, but it is difficult to specify the exact time. If you have your own proven way of cooking squid, you can use it.
Cut the squid into rings or half rings.
Boil the eggs in salted water, peel them and cut them into quarters.
Peel the onion and cut it into thin rings. Peppers and cucumbers are washed, cleaned and cut arbitrarily. Wash the salad and tear it with your hands.
Mix everything together and, if desired, add a little salt.
Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, lemon juice and honey until smooth and season the salad.
