Instructions
Our products: tomatoes, bell peppers and salmon (I still have baked in the oven from yesterday's dinner).
Cut the peppers and tomatoes into slices. Tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces with your hands.
Put lettuce leaves, tomatoes and pepper on a plate.
Place the salmon pieces on top. Pour the dressing with olive oil and balsamic. Add salt and pepper to taste.
