Instructions
- For 2-3 doses, pour the flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla, stirring with a spoon. We will prepare this soft dough. We wrap the dough in plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours, I personally - for the night. After the refrigerator, the dough changes its structure - it becomes brittle, tender, sand it, work with it carefully, especially when laying out on a baking sheet.
- In the morning I take out the dough, give it a little rest to make it a little softer, roll it out on a floured board into a layer 3 mm thick. and I cut out a round cookie. In half of them, I cut out stars in the center. Scraps are collected into a ball, rolled out again, etc. - waste-free production! We spread the cookies on a greased baking sheet and send them to the freezer for 10-15 minutes. During this time, preheat the oven to 190-200 degrees. and right out of the freezer, my cookies go into the oven. While they are baking, the second portion freezes in the freezer.
- Rub with powdered sugar through a double gauze. Ideally, it's better to bake in the evening and "publish" in the morning, but we can't - they disappear on the first day, because I bake them, as a rule, in the morning, and the kitchen is the most visited place in the house, so I don't hide! The cookies turn out to be very tender, there is even carefully, carefully sprinkled sand in it. Honey, I'll be glad if you like it!!
