Shrimp in Bacon with Tomatoes Recipe
This appetizer will decorate the festive table, it is good to serve with chilled wine. Very tassty snack.
Instructions
  1. Peel the shrimp, leaving the tail (optional). Cut the back and pull out the dark strip of intestines. Marinate the shrimp in a mixture of oyster sauce, lemon juice and paprika for 20-30 minutes.

  2. Wrap each shrimp in a strip of bacon (you can cut the strip lengthwise, I tried both). In a small amount of olive oil, fry the prawns over medium heat for 1.5-2 minutes on each side.
