In a preheated saucepan, pour sunflower oil. Pour out the sausages cut into round pieces. Fry for 2 minutes.

Add coarsely chopped garlic. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater. Add to the pan with the other ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir well. Still fry for 3-4 minutes. Put the Bay leaf. Pour water. Bring to boil.
Add the coarsely chopped potatoes to the pan and add the rice. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
Add coarsely chopped greens. Cook for another 10 minutes.
