- 150 gram Sausage
- 150 gram Mushroom (fried)
- 1 piece Onion
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions
- Cut the onion into half rings. Mix vinegar, oil and mustard into a homogeneous emulsion. Lightly salt the onion, mash it with your hands and pour the dressing over it. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, put them in a saucepan, cover with water and cook until tender for 20-25 minutes. Peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into half rings.
