For me, it's just a celebration of body and soul, I love salads with this vegetable! I want to share one of these recipes with you! So, I invite you to a delicious juicy salad with an unusual dressing!
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package - it takes about 15 minutes for everything, but for now it is ready...
You can cook vegetables-carrots, radishes, cucumber, I grate (there are such graters "for carrots in Korean"), I cut onions into half rings.
The greens are very finely chopped - for this salad I take dill, sometimes borage and necessarily young radish leaves - they have a lot of vitamins!
While we are cutting everything - the rice is ready - take it out of the bag and let it cool.
We do not waste time, but prepare the dressing - combine mustard with vinegar in a bowl, stirring constantly, slowly pour in the oil - the mass will become slightly viscous, cloudy...
And, without ceasing to stir, add sour cream, pepper and salt to taste - whisk everything well.
Refueling is ready.
Add the cooled rice to the vegetables in the salad bowl, mix the dressing and call everyone to the table!
