- First you should boil the potatoes in a uniform in salted water for 10-15 minutes, then peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Cut the sausages in half. Roll out one layer of puff pastry measuring 35x30 cm and place it on a greased baking sheet or on a silicone mat. Now we lay out potatoes, sausages alternately, add seasonings to taste and, if necessary, salt.
