- Prepare minced meat: Open a can of cod liver, drain the oil and finely chop the liver. Combine mayonnaise with yolks, grated cheese and chop. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can add garlic. You have to mix everything very thoroughly. Fill both halves of the egg with the resulting paste. Place on lettuce leaves and garnish with black and red caviar and dill greens.
