Stuffed Olives in Batter Recipe
Stuffed olives in batter - a very unusual dish that can become your signature snack on the holiday table. This snack can be served as a canape with drinks, or just in a plate with sauce. Fried olives are obtained with a piquant taste, crunchy and tender.

Ingredients
Olives:
- 350 gram Black olives large seedless
Sauce:
- 500 gram Tomato
- 1 teaspoon Khmeli-suneli
- 1 teaspoon Curry
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
Batter:
- 40 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 200 gram Bread crumbs / breading
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
For roasting:
- 300 gram Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Beat the tomatoes with a blender until smooth.
- Pour the mashed tomatoes into a wide mold and put the olives in it. Leave for about an hour.
- In a bowl, combine the feta and capers. Beat with a blender until smooth.
- Get the olives from the tomato sauce, leave the sauce. Put the filling in a pastry bag. Fill all the olives.
- Then roll the olives in flour.

- Heat the oil in a saucepan. Dip our olives in the hot oil, turning constantly with a spoon. Fry until Golden brown. Put the olives on a paper towel.
