Chop the onion into feathers, chop the garlic finely.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for a few seconds.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small circles.
Cut the fish into medium pieces about 2 by 2 cm in size.
Gently mix the roast, potatoes and fish. Add a little salt.
