Tartlets with Smoked Sausage Salad Recipe
I want to show you a simple way to make tartlets from toasted bread. This snack will always decorate any festive table. Salad, in principle, can be any based on mayonnaise, the main thing is that it does not spread in a short time.
Servings 4
Cook Time 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 8 slices Bread Toast
- 150 gram Sauerkraut boiled and smoked
- 2 pieces Potatoes medium, boiled in their skins
- 1/2 piece Onion
- 2 pieces Pickled cucumbers
- 150 gram Canned beans in tomato sauce
- 8 pieces Black olives
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Take bread for toast. If it is not quite fresh, then heat it slightly in the microwave to make it soft. Roll out with a rolling pin and cut out a circle.
- Fasten the edges of the dough with a toothpick. I recommend not to tightly connect the edges to get more filling (salad). Put the tartlets into a mold and put them in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, dry them for 10 minutes.
- We are preparing a salad. Take canned beans in tomato sauce. I was preparing for this myself.
- Cut boiled potatoes, onions, sausage and pickles into small cubes.
- Combine all the components of the salad, add salt to taste, pepper, add mayonnaise, mix.
- Let the finished bread tartlets cool and stuff them just before serving to the salad. Thread an olive on the edge of a toothpick (skewer).
- Happy New Year!!!
