Ingredients
For chops:
- 500 gram Minced meat beef
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 100 milliliters Milk
- 80 gram Bread
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Flour wheat / Flour
- Vegetable oil
For sauce:
- 200 gram Mushrooms
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 tablespoon Flour wheat / Flour
- 3 tablespoons Sour cream
- 30 gram Butter
- Water
- Salt
Instructions
- Soak bread (preferably without a crust) in milk. Add egg, finely chopped onion and garlic, salt and pepper to taste and mix with soaked bread.
- Knead the minced meat thoroughly, I also make sure to beat the minced meat so that it turns out homogeneous and dense.
- Form round chops and pan them in flour.
- In a frying pan with a thick bottom, heat the vegetable oil, fry the chops in it on both sides (it is not necessary to bring them to readiness) and remove them from the heat.
- Prepare the sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan, put the finely chopped onion and fry it.
- Then add the chopped mushrooms to the onion and fry them. I use pre-thawed forest mushrooms. You can take champignons, but with wild mushrooms, the dish turns out fragrant and delicious. Sprinkle the mushrooms with flour, fry a little, stirring constantly.
- Add sour cream, mix and pour in boiled water, so much so that the sauce turns out to be the right thickness. Add salt to the sauce to taste.
- Spread the sauce over the chops, cover and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes. It is advisable to turn the chops over once during cooking.
