Put the sliced onion (1 PC.) in the blender bowl and mash the onion. In a bowl, add onion puree, sliced Turkey breast fillet, add kvass, add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. I want to draw your attention to the fact that you should not add too much kvass, kvass should only cover the Turkey meat.
Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Diced fillet mix well. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate overnight for marinating.
Skewers for skewers pour water and stand for a few minutes, then string them with cubes/pieces of Turkey breast fillet.
