- 1 piece Avocado
- 10-12 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch Lettuce leaves
- 100 gram Curd cheese
- 1 piece Onion
- 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Peel the avocado, remove the stone and cut into cubes. Feta is also cut into small cubes.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters, peel the onion and cut into half rings.
- Prepare the dressing. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and ground black pepper. Wash the arugula, dry it and put it on a plate, put the onion on top, then the avocado, feta and tomatoes. Pour over the dressing before serving.
