- Cut the pickled cucumber into small pieces. Add to the vegetables. The beans will need to be boiled, I took the colored beans. Add it to the total weight. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the salad. Add Kikkoman soy sauce and sunflower oil to taste. Add the raisins to the salad. Gently mix the salad with a tablespoon, sprinkle it with finely chopped green onions and serve to the table.
