Grate carrots and beets on a grater for Korean carrots.
Pour boiling water over the raisins, rinse the dried apricots and cut into strips.
Chop the nuts coarsely with a knife.
For refueling, take the boiled yolk and grind it in a combine.
Now add salt, sugar, mustard and cottage cheese.
Whisk everything until smooth.
Try it to your taste, you may want to add something salty or sour.
Now add the olive oil and whisk again until smooth.
Refueling is ready.
Now mix everything together and everything is ready.
Sometimes I add garlic and get a different taste.
