I use home-made yogurt, it is quite thick. If the yogurt seems to you runny-throw it on a sieve through a triple layer of gauze for 20-30 minutes, the excess serum will drain. You can also use low-fat sour cream.Add ground black pepper, crushed garlic and Italian herbs to the yogurt.
Add the lemon juice. And if you want a pinch of lemon zest.
Add the soy sauce.
Mix everything into a uniform sauce.
You can pour it into a jar and store it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
You can use this salad dressing for any vegetable salads.
