- 1 pieces Chicken egg
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 150 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 200 ml Kefir
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Soda
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50 gram Butter soft
- 1 pack Vanilin
- 150 ml Cream I use vegetable cream for cream
- 50 gram Caramel or any jam

- For the dough we will need these products:egg, sugar, flour, kefir, butter, vanilla, soda, baking powder and salt. Sift the flour with salt, baking soda and baking powder into a deep bowl and mix. With a whisk, beat the egg with the yogurt and sugar. Add the liquid kefir-egg mixture to the flour. Mix well with a spoon or whisk. Pour in the melted butter.
- For the cream, we will need whipping cream! I use plant-based ones, as they are less calorific! caramel and pastry decorations, you can fruits and berries, if you have! Whisk the cream to steady peaks! Collect the cake... on a dish, if with one portion, put the waffle, then through the cell caramel and cream on top.
- We collect the whole cake, decorate with pastry sprinkles or berries-fruit, you can immediately put the kettle on and drink tea and coffee, or you can prepare it in the evening for Breakfast, then just as you like! I usually cook in the evening, then it is more dense and easier to cut! Enjoy your tea!
