- Prepare the vegetables-grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the broccoli. Lightly fry the vegetables in a pan and let them cool. Grate the cheese. Chop the oat flakes. Beat eggs with a whisk, add salt, pepper, garlic powder, ground oatmeal and grated cheese. Mix the fried vegetables with the egg mixture.
