- Eggs are ground with sugar, add flour (rice can be replaced with wheat), dilute with cold milk and put on fire. Boil, stirring continuously with a whisk, until the mass thickens. Remove from heat, cool, add vanilla. When the cream is almost cool, add the soft butter and beat with a mixer. Add the chopped nuts.
