  1. 1. wash the Mushrooms and put them in a sieve, pour water into the pan so that the sieve with mushrooms does not touch the water, put it on the fire and cook the mushrooms for a couple from the moment of boiling for 15-20 minutes. 2. Prepare the marinade. Finely chop the parsley and cut the garlic into thin slices. In a bowl, mix the vegetable oil, lemon and lime juice, parsley, salt, and pepper until the salt dissolves. 3. as soon as the mushrooms are cooked, put them hot in the marinade, mix, leave to cool at room temperature, and then put them in the refrigerator. After cooling, the mushrooms can already be served to the table.
