Savory Pork Recipe
A little bit of Thai cuisine, a little bit of home cooking and in the end it turned out just wonderful meat for an autumn family lunch or dinner. Late autumn! We eat solid food and of course-meat!

  1. Pork should be marinated for at least 30 minutes. Make a marinade. Combine soy sauce with honey, squeeze the juice from half a lemon. The marinade is ready. The meat should be cut into thin oblong strips. Put in the marinade. Chop the garlic and sprinkle on the meat. Mix everything, cover with a lid and let the meat marinate, leaving the dishes with it right on the table.
