- Then add olive oil to the filling, about three times less than the juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Now cover the jar and shake it vigorously several times, you will get a delicate orange-butter sauce. All Italian websites write that such an effect can be achieved only by mixing the filling ingredients in a tightly closed vessel.
- We put oranges on a plate, then two types of cabbage. There are two more ingredients in the salad, which, considering that this is a light dinner, I did not add - these are chili and capers. If desired, repeat the preparation of the salad exactly: chili, finely chopped, add to the dressing before shaking; sprinkle the finished salad with capers. So, the final stage: generously pour the dressing over everything. I also salted some vegetables on top. Very, very tasty dressing, perfect for salads!
