- 500 gram Pork

- Allspice to taste
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic
- 1 piece Onion
- 250 gram Mushroom (it is better to take fresh mushrooms, pre-boiled in acidified water for 5 minutes and cut into plates)
- Seasoning to taste
- Bell pepper (red and green, cut into elongated diamonds)
- 1 tablespoon Corn starch (dissolved in 1/2 Cup water add 2 tbsp soy sauce)
