- Transfer the creamy mass to the dry mixture and mix well with your hands. The dense dough did not stick to my hands. Roll up walnut-sized balls. The thickness of the dough can be adjusted with oil and paste or flour, if it is too liquid. Flatten each ball in the palms of your hands and place it on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Pour ground almonds and whole pine nuts on top. You can sprinkle any nuts on the cookies.
