- 150 gram Chicken thighs
- 50 gram Sun-dried tomatoes
- 0,5 piece Onion
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 300 ml Water for cooking rice
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Melt butter in a frying pan, add pre-washed and dried round-grain rice. Over medium heat, stirring, fry the rice until golden brown. Add a little salt, pour in water (1:2), reduce the heat to a minimum, cover with a lid and leave to languish for 15 minutes. Then turn off the heat and let cool. Add half of the grated cheese. Mix it.
