- Pour the dough into a greased and lightly sprinkled semolina mold. Bake in a preheated 150 *C oven for about 40-50 minutes or until completely dry. I must say that after 40 minutes my pie was ABSOLUTELY raw. And after 50 minutes it was raw. In total, it was baked for 1 hour and 20 minutes until ready. But maybe it's a feature of my oven.
