Take a flat dish in which the salad will be served. The bottom layer is half of the Peking cabbage. You need to drain the soy sauce from the onion, I used a strainer. Put the onion on a layer of Peking cabbage. For the third layer, you need to take half of the sausage and tomatoes specified in the ingredients. I have small tomatoes on a branch. I cut them into quarters. Cut the sausage into long strips or as you like, but not small. Put it together with the tomatoes. It will be very tasty with cold cuts, i.e. with boiled and smoked.
