  1. Sift flour into a bowl, add sugar, salt. Finely chop the butter directly into a bowl with flour. Add the spicy mixture. If there is no such thing, then it can be assembled from the ingredients that I have indicated. Rub everything into crumbs with your hands. Separate the yolks from the egg whites and add to the butter crumbs. With a silicone spatula, I collected the dough, and then rolled it into a ball with my hands. The dough turns out wonderful, it does not stick to your hands.

  2. Put the dough in a bag and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Take out the dough. Tear off the pieces from it and roll them into balls D-4.5-5 cm approximately. I have 8 balls.

  3. I'll put the dough in a non-stick mold. You can put it on a baking sheet or baking paper. Lay out the balls at a distance from each other in shape, slightly flattening them on top. I used a knife to make snowflake-shaped incisions on top. Put in the oven preheated to t-180 C for 15 minutes. I had plenty of time for my oven. Focus on yourself. Remove from the oven, let cool and transfer the cookies to serve, sprinkling with powdered sugar completely cooled.
