- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 150 gram Corn flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/5 teaspoon Salt
- 80 gram Butter + butter for greasing molds
- 90 gram Sugar
- 10 gram Vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons Water

- 3 pieces Banana
- 1 piece Lemon

Instructions
- Put a chopping knife in the bowl of the combine, pour two types of flour, salt, baking powder and cut butter (cold) into pieces on top. Whisk the mixture into a homogeneous crumb, it will take only 30 seconds. Add vanilla and plain sugar to the flour crumbs and stir the mixture for another 30 seconds. Without stopping the combine, add the egg to the flour mixture, let the egg stir for 20-30 seconds, if the dough remains in the form of crumbs, add cold water through the hole in the lid (1 spoon each).
- Wash the lemon well, cut half of the lemon into thin slices, cut off the zest from the second half and squeeze out the juice. Cut one banana across into thin rings and dip them in lemon juice. Peel the tangerines, divide them into slices and put them in a small saucepan. Add two bananas to the tangerines (cut them arbitrarily, ~ 200 g) and lemon zest.
