- 600 gram Bulgarian pepper
- 900 ml Water
- 45 gram Sugar
- 25 gram Sugar
- 1 piece Bay leaf
- 1 piece Chile pepper
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 40 ml Vinegar
- 200 ml Vegetable oil
- 400 gram Cream cheese (filling)
- 2 twigs Basil

- Wash the pepper, cut off the stalk and remove the seeds. Mix water with vinegar, add salt, sugar, Bay leaf, garlic, hot pepper, olive oil and boil. Remove from heat. Put the peppers in the marinade for 10 minutes, then put them on a plate. Cool the marinade and pepper. Mix the cheese with the chopped Basil, (salt if desired) and fill the peppers with a teaspoon, put in a cold marinade and send to the refrigerator for a day.
