For the dough: beat the eggs, add salt, sour cream. Beat for 1-2 minutes.
Add flour and baking powder, beat with a mixer until smooth.
To make meatballs, mix minced meat with onion, salt, pepper and semolina.
Form balls and put them in a mold (it is better to take an integral one, otherwise the dough will leak out)
Pour out the dough and put it in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 * C
I experimented a little with minced meat, and, in my opinion, in this version, the meatballs turn out juicier.
And one more addition: if the juice still remains in excess for 30 minutes after baking, you can increase the temperature to 250 degrees and bake for 5-7 minutes
