  2. I put the rice in a ceramic mold. Cut the eggplant into cubes and put it on the rice. Cut the zucchini and pepper into small pieces. Carrot sticks and onion half rings. Sprinkle salt, basil and dill on top of 0.5 tsp. Pour the oil and put the salmon in the center of the top.
