Beans with Vegetables Recipe

- 1.5 glass Bean (red or white dry)
- 130 gram String beans (I have fresh frozen)
- 3 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Carrot
- 5 cloves Garlic
- Red hot pepper to taste
- Spices (I have black pepper and ground coriander, cumin, dry Basil) to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil (I have linseed, you can use any vegetable oil) — to taste
- 4 tablespoons Tomato paste
Instructions
- Soak the beans overnight in cold water. Drain the remaining water, wash the beans and fill with fresh water. The water should completely cover the beans. Boil for 30 minutes.
- Cut the carrots and onions and add them to the pan with the beans. Add the string beans to them and cook under the lid for 5 minutes.
- Add the bell pepper, it is pre-cut quite large. If we are preparing a spicy dish, then add a hot hot red pepper. We do not add this component to the dietary version!
- As soon as the pepper has become soft, add the tomato paste, salt, mix, let it boil and fall asleep coarsely chopped tomatoes. Add spices and garlic. Let it boil and immediately turn off the stove. Drizzle with oil .
- Pour oil and give 10 minutes to infuse, soak, make friends with all participants in the process! Add the oil at the end, so that all the vitamins are preserved in it! Spread out on plates, decorate with herbs! You can add sour cream and meat!
