- First, prepare the caramel. To do this, put 25 g of butter and 75 g of powdered sugar in a saucepan with a thick bottom and heat over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon. The mass should acquire a caramel color. Don't worry if the mixture starts to delaminate. With further mixing, it will become homogeneous.
- Lubricate the 22 cm form with oil and cover with parchment paper. Lay out the dough in an even layer. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top. I used walnuts (I love them very much). But you can take any, or you can without them. And bake in a preheated 175*C oven for about 25 minutes. We check the readiness with a toothpick.
