- 600 gram Flour wheat / Flour +2 tbsp
- 2 teaspoons Dry yeast
- 300 ml Milk warm
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 80 gram Butter +20gram
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
- 300 gram Plum
- 1 pinch Cinnamon ground
- 1 teaspoon Salt

- Prepare the filling. Remove the seeds and skin from the plums. Two plums are left for decoration with the skin. Cut the peeled plum into slices and cover with sugar (3 tablespoons or to taste), mix. You can add ground cinnamon. Put a saucepan with a plum on a low heat and constantly stirring bring the mass to a boil and dissolve the sugar. Keep the saucepan on the stove for 1 minute and remove from the heat.
