- Fry the pancakes in oil on a well-heated pan. Pancakes can be formed with wet hands or a tablespoon. After frying the pancakes for a minute, you need to reduce the heat to a minimum and cover with a lid. After a couple of minutes, flip the pancakes. If they are not yet completely grasped and poorly hooked with a spatula, then fry a little more. Cover again and cook until tender. It's fast.
