Dough
- 100 gram Butter
- 150 gram Sugar
- 3 pieces Egg
- 200 gram Flour
- 1 teaspoon Dough baking powder
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 400 gram Apple
- 1 tablespoon Milk
Cream
- 500 ml Milk
- 1 piece Vanilla pudding
- 70 gram Sugar
Instructions
- Lubricate the rectangular shape (I have 30 * 26 cm) with oil. You can take a smaller shape, then the pie will be higher. Peel and slice the apples. Mix flour with baking powder.
- Whisk the softened butter with sugar.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Then add flour with baking powder and mix well. The dough turns out to be quite thick. Put half of the dough into the mold, smooth it out.
- To the rest of the dough, add cocoa, milk, mix.
- Put the chocolate dough on top of the white dough. Put the apples on top and roll them lightly in the dough. Put the pancakes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20-30 minutes.
- Prepare the cream for the pudding. In 100 ml of cold milk, dissolve the pudding powder.
- Add sugar to the remaining milk and heat it almost to a boil. Pour in the pudding mixture, stirring constantly. Stirring continuously, cook until thickened. Cool. Put the cream on the cake, sprinkle with cocoa. I used a stencil. Put the cake in the refrigerator.
